In the period between 09.10.2011 - 16.10.2011, we took part in a Mediterranean cruise with the ship Costa Serena. The ordered transfer was punctual and comfortable, the services provided on the Serena ship (rooms, programs) were excellent, the dinner service provided in the traditional restaurant was varied, the servers were very polite. The self-service restaurant (breakfast and lunch) was very crowded and the selection of food could have been more varied.

Krisztina, I would also like to thank you for all your help in organizing the trip, which also greatly contributed to the fact that we had a great time on the cruise. Thank you for the "ordered" good time! The next time we travel, we would like to use the cruise organized by Tensi.

I'm Péter Bakonyi! We got back from the trip lucky. Unfortunately, the 9 days passed, but fortunately very slowly!
We had a great time the whole way! The ship was amazing as was the crew, food, drinks, excursions...and I could go on!
At dinner, we were finally seated at a table for 8 people, where the young couple from Székesfehérvár also sat with us! We became very good friends with them, laughed a lot, and went on trips together in Malaga, Cadiz, Casablanca and Valencia! Moreover, there was a Hungarian couple on the ship who sang in one of the bars, and we talked a lot with them too!
Everything was very, very, very good! These 9 days were amazing! For these 9 days, it's as if the whole ship had rolled into one! They greeted us with great joy, rejoiced with us and 'cried' at the end of the journey that we had to say goodbye... Imagine, at the last dinner, the waiters lit candles and played the song 'Time to say goodbye'. It was all so touching! That might sound silly or sentimental, but that's how I felt. It was completely different from a 'normal' trip. The whole environment, the whole atmosphere, the ship... extravagant! I can't put into words what made this trip more special for me! There was something in the air...at least for me! :)
We became richer with a perfect trip and unforgettable experiences! We came back with more than 1000 photos and 8 hours of video material! If it's not a problem, we would send you a pair to this address as well! :)
At the same time, we would like to thank you for all the help and information that made this road possible!
Everything was really good and we had a great time! We tried to enjoy every second, we didn't sleep much! :) I went around the ship very thoroughly, I visited every nook and cranny! :)
It is certain - at least we really want to - that we will go on another trip like this with Costa!

Thank you very, very much for your help, we once again had an excellent trip with Costa. We recommend this trip to anyone who wants to gain a lot of knowledge, lots of experiences, culinary delights and enjoy two weeks of pampering at a reasonable price.
The quality of the road is EXCELLENT.
It is also the best compared to the roads so far. Fortunately, the weather was also great. We got to see both the bright and the dark side of Casablanca, and our great taxi driver spoke German. The ocean is completely different from the sea. No one should be afraid of the swing. Tenerife and Madeira are the islands of dreams, and we were treated to an unforgettable sight with the panoramic sightseeing buses. We saw everything from Rome that could fit in, and the Vatican was an intimate experience.

It is true that we were on a 12-day trip, so we had more time to rest, recharge and have fun. The 4D cinema is also great.
The experience report took place last night and we won! Our other friends are coming with us next year, and we want to organize the trip with Krisztina.

I can only say good things about it because everything was just perfect. The ship itself was a great experience. Everyone was very nice, they did everything to make us feel good - and of course to spend as much money as possible... :) The trips were also very interesting, we saw a lot of beauty.

You may remember me asking you about how safe it is, if there are storms (and iceberg J), etc. To be honest, I was afraid that I might be afraid or not be able to handle it, but the opposite happened. Two nights there was a very strong wind, but my eyes didn't flutter, in fact, I expressed that I enjoyed the waves!

We luckily arrived at the end of last week.

 

The cruise was fantastic, we had a wonderful experience! The ship had everything: from the casino to the theater, game rooms, playhouse, mini-disco for the children, a row of shops, several restaurants, bars, different kinds of music were played everywhere, a library with internet, even a chapel. The 9-10. and pools on the first floor, both indoor and outdoor, jacuzzis, wellness area, fitness room, so everything. There were plenty of programs, animation for children, shows and dance for adults, you couldn't get bored! In the words of my little son, it was an "endless star hotel".

The trips also went well, we visited very beautiful places! The half-day program was enough, we were still able to see the main attractions, there was also a free program, we were able to take photos, and the tour guides were also good.

My partner was afraid of seasickness, but thank God the weather was good, there was no storm at sea, you couldn't feel anything, as if we weren't even on a ship.

The food was also very delicious, with special flavors and excellent service.

The atmosphere was also very good at the gala dinners, the music played, we applauded... but you have to experience it! 

The staff was extremely responsive, everyone listened to our wishes. My little boy said, "Mom, they're here for the man!"

High-quality photos were taken of us, and we bought them.

The organization was very good, both during the trips and during the disembarkation. We were assigned to the 10:30 group and at 10:00 we were already sitting in the taxi. We found our suitcases right away, the taxis were also waiting in line, we didn't have to wait.

 

In short, it was a real dream boat! If we had to rate it, we would give it 5 smiling stars!!!

 

We are already thinking about which way to go next year...

On our first cruise, you said you were sure it wouldn't be our last. We never thought we would have such a beautiful experience. as this second path is given. The organization is again excellent, and it is not a long distance to start from Venice. The crew of the ship did everything for the excellent atmosphere, the programs were brilliant. For example, the OKTOBER FEST with its special atmosphere, music, dance, food and beer created a real Bavarian atmosphere. The small ceremony welcoming the members of the Costa club was also a very nice attention, which we were able to be a part of. I would like to thank you for your cooperation regarding the Costa Fortunás cruise at the end of November. I don't know how well you remember me, I was the one who made the reservation at the Playa travel agency in Zalaegerszeg. I managed to find the parking lot in Venice, I managed to check in and I was able to bring my jackets on board in perfect quality. Everything was perfect and the weather was on our side. We wore short pants and polo shirts on the trips. True... it was strange when I was in shorts and the Greeks were in fur coats. Since November, I've been praying for everyone's honeymoon. And I tell everyone that they should participate in such a trip at least once in their life.
Hats off to Costa. Everything was perfect on the ship, on trips, on boarding and disembarking. It was a great honeymoon. Oh, and the suite, well, yes. Thanks again for everything. We returned home from Istanbul on the Serena boat with fantastic experiences, everything was great. There is only one negative worth mentioning: the air conditioning cannot be turned off in the cabin, only the temperature can be regulated. He's definitely blowing something.
We had a wonderful time, got away with everything without illness or accident. The most interesting city is Istanbul, the most beautiful is Dubrovnik, and our most defining experience is the only land tour we paid for: Ephesus. Impressive.

We would like to share with you the experiences we had.
You were right about everything!
Concordia is a dream ship, meets all needs and everything was perfect!
The balcony cabin was simply wonderful, waking up in the morning was an unforgettable experience, waking up in a different and beautiful place every day.
The Milan-Savona transfer was fine, boarding in Savona went smoothly.
Already on the first night, it became clear that they paid attention to such small details that the Hungarians on the ship were seated at a large round table at dinner, which turned out to be a group with a very good atmosphere.
During the entire trip, the service and treatment of the guests was impeccable, we met only smiling and helpful crew.
We also paid for Samsara with unlimited use and it is an unforgettable experience to take a sauna in the bow of a luxury ship looking at the sea, lie in heated lounge beds and get a massage. -:)
The atmosphere was heightened throughout the week, guests were entertained 24 hours a day with continuous and varied programs. Among the many bars and entertainment venues, the theater must be singled out, where every night they put on shows with a frenetic atmosphere!
Of course, we also paid for an organized trip at each port, Pompeii is a must-see, Palermo sightseeing is amazing, Mallorca enchanted us for the second time, Barcelona is amazing, and Aux en Provence is the most romantic place we have ever been. Perhaps Tunisia caused some disappointment, but we didn't lose our good spirits there either!
We strongly recommend this route to everyone, because it impressed us to the maximum with its variety, diversity and quality.

We arrived yesterday from the sea cruise organized by you. Allow me to thank you again - thanks to the high-quality work of the escort (Erzsi, Csilla) - for a very successful trip. First of all, I will mention the things that were missing during our travels so far, but you thought of them. I will just list them, in no order of importance:
Welcome (with champagne), Hungarian menu (even for the non-organized lunch!), daily program in Hungarian, patient and prepared tour guides, so on. question hour.
Our satisfaction must have been enhanced by the good weather. In the future, it would be worthwhile to obtain factual data on their satisfaction and dissatisfaction from the passengers at the end of the trip organized by you.
What I really liked was that at the end of the trip organized by Tensi (Savona), they still helped ("they didn't let go of our hands"), even though it was no longer part of their duty: they handed out a map of downtown Milan to all participants, accompanied us all the way to the luggage storage at Milan Central Station , they showed the stop of the bus to the airport, and arranged for those traveling to the airport to be escorted to the airport bus.

We were lucky enough to take the cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruises. In this regard, some feedback and experiences for you, for comparison with Costa and MSC ships.

- Check-in is quick and flexible, online check-in is really important, it means a lot.
- The service and the quality of the food are the same, the RC restaurant (for dinner) is friendlier and more elegant.
- The programs during the day have a much wider range, the skating rink, the climbing wall, the basketball court, mini golf, the roller rink are very good, and the fitness room is also better equipped. The pools are also better, and the live music was downright atmospheric.
- The evening programs in the theater are of a high standard, but primarily musical evenings, with, let's say, very good performers.
- The show at the skating rink is frenetic.
- I liked the layout of the ship better, the "street" is especially good!
- Programs are organized, but everything can be solved individually. However, you have to be prepared for the fact that maps are not provided - unlike the other two, where they are - so you have to get them in advance.
- Their primary languages ​​are English and Spanish, but they also speak German and, of course, Italian.
- The rooms are a little bigger, the room facing the street was very cozy for young people.
- Giving a tip is really optional, you can enter it in advance and drop it off at the information desk, or they give you an envelope and give it to the person you're paying for.
- Not only getting in, but also getting out is much more organized and faster than in the case of the other two.

In short, that's all about the trip, everything was very nice and good, we only returned home with pleasant experiences. Thanks again for everything!
