Which part should we travel to?
Phuket
Also known as the pearl of the south, the island is Thailand's largest island, 810 km2. Although it is an island, it is connected to the mainland by a bridge. It is characterized by wide sandy beaches, rocky peninsulas, limestone cliffs, wooded meadows, and tropical plants. Its interior areas include rice fields, rubber tree, cocoa bean, pineapple and coconut palm plantations. Due to tourism, it is the richest province in the country. The most popular part is the southwest coast, Patong, Karon and Kata. We recommend Patong mainly to those who want a buzz and great nightlife. The Karon and Kata coasts are also better developed. For those who want a quiet area, we recommend the northern parts of Nai Thon, Nai Yang and Mai Khao.
The island is excellent for diving, one of the top 10 diving destinations in the world. Great places for trips to the small islands in the area.
Khao Lak
Beautiful beach resort just an hour north of Phuket. It is characterized by quiet sandy beaches, and the night markets along the main road are special. Several types of accommodation, from family-friendly resorts to more secluded boutique hotels. An excellent place for snorkeling and diving, especially around Surin and the Similan Islands. The jungle of Khao Sok National Park is an ideal place for a trip combined with trekking.
Koh Samui
The third largest island of Thailand, it is located in the Gulf of Thailand.
The best time to visit the archipelago is from February to June. From July to October, it can often rain, and from October to January it can be windy at times. It can also rain in November and early December. Regardless of the weather, the high season lasts from December to July.
Main attractions:
- wonderful, sandy beaches (the most famous is Hat Chaweng)
-waterfalls (Hin Lat waterfall)
-temples (Wat Laem Saw, Temple of the Great Buddha)
-Ang Thong Marine National Park (with caves, scuba diving
Koh Phangan
It is half an hour's boat ride north of Koh Samui. We recommend it to those who are looking for a quieter and more affordable place. There is no airport here, there are few paved roads.
The island is famous for the Full Moon celebrations, which are held every month, famous disc jockeys from all over the world come and hold a big party with up to 5,000 people.
Krabi
The famous beach is located on the edge of the Andaman Sea, 60 km from Phuket. A great base for visiting the 200 islands in the area, including Koh Phi-Phi (42 km) and Koh Lanta. The region is characterized by a calm sea, a long sandy coastline, and steep limestone cliffs in the background. The sea is an excellent diving paradise. The inner part of the province is covered with tropical forest, and the mountain healing springs are also famous.
The town of Krabi is bustling, with many shops, restaurants and bars on the long coastal street. The beach of the city is the Ao Nang part, with nice hotels.
Koh Phi Phi
It consists of two large islands, Leh and Don. Popular destination among tourists, beautiful place. Ko Phi Phi Don is characterized by larger, high cliffs, long sandy beaches and emerald-colored waters. Boats arrive here from Phuket and Krabi. Koh Phi Phi Leh consists almost only of a few rocks and a sea lake. The famous movie "The Part" was filmed here.
Koh Lanta
The landscape is characterized by coral-fringed coastlines, mangrove forests and steep mountains. The largest island of the Koh Lanta archipelago is Koh Lanta Yai, a long narrow island with a power in the middle. Less crowded than the more famous Thai islands. Koh Lanta National Park is famous for its limestone caves and white sand beaches.
Koh Chang
The island is located in the north-eastern part of Thailand, in the Gulf of Thailand. It is the 2nd largest island after Phuket. The part of the country that has preserved its original state the most, 70% is untouched. There are many rainforests, hills and mountains on it. We recommend it to those who like hiking and diving. It can be reached from Bangkok by bus or plane.
Trang Province and its islands
We recommend it to those who want to discover the true face of Thailand, avoiding the tourist spots. It is located in the south of Thailand, with beautiful beaches, tropical forests, waterfalls and many small and large islands. You can still find authentic villages, and you can see how baskets are woven from pandanus leaves.
Its capital, Trang, can be reached from Bangkok by plane or even by train. It can also be connected to Krabi.

The southwest monsoon usually arrives between May and July. Initially, the rain usually comes in the form of a short downpour lasting an hour or two. As the rainy season progresses, the rain can become heavier and more constant, traditionally peaking in August and September. During the early wet season (June to August), temperatures generally remain high (average daily temperature: 28°C-34°C).
From October to January, the temperature can be relatively cool, especially in the northern part of the country at higher altitudes (average daily temperature: 17 °C -26 °C). Throughout the region, evenings can be chilly at this time of year due to the lack of cloud cover and relatively low temperatures.
