1. When are the Disney® Parks open?
Disneyland® Paris Resort is open all year round. How long the Parks are open always depends on the season. The Parks may stay open longer due to seasonal shows.
2. Where can I meet Disney characters?
You can meet Disney characters in both Disney Parks, Disney hotels, and a couple of restaurants. Moreover, it is possible to have breakfast, lunch or dinner together with Disney characters and/or Disney princes and princesses. Ask your travel agency that handles your booking about this option.
Except at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch.
3. How can I find out the time of the parade and shows?
Download the Disneyland Paris app. The opening hours of the parks, the exact location and time of the programs can also be found in it.
4. What if it rains?
80% of the attractions are covered, so even if it rains, you can still enjoy the Parks.
5. Are there special services and attractions for babies and toddlers?
Many families with small children come to Disneyland. Of course, there are attractions that can be safely boarded with very small children. Disneyland Paris offers a lot of services for families with small children so that everyone can have fun comfortably.
6. Is there a minimum height restriction or age limit for some attractions? How can I find out about restrictions?
Entry is determined by the safety regulations of the given attraction. All attractions with height or age restrictions are marked.
7. How can I find out if an attraction is under renovation or is closed for some other reason?
Download the Disneyland Paris application, it includes the attractions that are in operation and those that are currently being renovated.
8. Can I leave the Park and re-enter on the same day?
You can exit at any time and come back as often as you like. The point is that you have your park ticket with you.
9. Is it possible to walk through the Disney Parks with a tour guide?
Yes. You can walk through both Parks with a guide, during the tour you can learn everything about the history and architecture of Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park. More information and reservations are available at: City Hall - Disneyland Park, Studio Services - Walt Disney Studios Park. Such a tour is also organized for hearing-impaired groups using sign language.
10. Is there a class for items found in Disney Parks?
If you lose or find anything in the Parks, you can drop it off or inquire at the following locations. Lost & Found Department: City Hall - Disneyland Park, Studio Services - Walt Disney Studios Park.
11. Where can I find an ATM machine where I can withdraw cash from my credit or debit card?
ATMs are located in the following locations:

12. Where can I redeem money?
There are several places where you can exchange money:
In all Disney hotels and partner hotels (except: Kyriad Hotel, Adagio City Aparhotel), 24 hours a day
Disneyland Park: at the entrance to City Hall
Walt Disney Studios Park: Studio Services
13. Where should I go if I am injured or need medical help in the Parks?
The First Aid Centers are located in the following locations:
Disneyland Park: Main Street U.S.A. near Central Plaza
Walt Disney Studios Park: Behind Studio Services
In case of emergency, you can ask any Disney employee for help.
14. Can I bring my dog or cat into the Disney Parks?
For health and safety reasons, no animals are allowed in the Parks, except guide dogs. Pets can be left at the Animal Care Centre.
15. Where can I find the Animal Care Centre?
The Animal Care Center is located next to the parking lot.
16. What services does the Animal Care Center provide?
Dogs and cats can eat and drink in the animal shelter. They are not allowed to walk them.
17. Can I rent a stroller in the Parks?
Yes, you can rent different kinds of strollers (also for bigger ones) at the following places:

At the entrance to Disneyland Park: Town Square Terrace
At the Walt Disney Studios Park entrance: Studio Services
18. Is there a childcare center in the Disney Parks?
There are no childcare facilities at the Disney Parks. If parents want to board an attraction without their small child, they can do so with the help of the free Baby Switch service, which also offers the possibility of not having to stand in line.
There is a baby sitting service for guests of Disney hotels. More information is available at the reception of the hotels.
19. What should I do if I lose my child in the Park?
If your child is lost, please go to the following location immediately:
Disneyland Park: between the Plaza Garden Restaurant and the First Aid Post
Walt Disney Studios: to the Studio Services office near the entrance.
20. Where can I feed and clean my baby?
Baby Care Centers are located in both Parks:
Disneyland Park: Main Street U.S.A. – next to the Plaza Gardens Restaurant
Walt Disney Studios Park: Behind Studio Services
You can buy diapers and baby food at both places. Furthermore, most of the ancillary rooms in the Resort area have a changing table.
